Do your prints come framed?
No, all prints are sold unframed. This allows us to offer reduced shipping costs and gives you the flexibility to select a colour and style of frame to suit your décor and budget.
Where can I buy frames to fit your prints?
Appropriate frames are available at major retailers such as Kmart, Officeworks, Adairs, Spotlight, Ikea & Target, just to name a few.
Can I order a print in a custom size or colour?
Yes, you certainly can.
If you have frames that do not fit the standard print sizes we have available, or you would like to alter the colours in any of our designs, just send us a quick message via our contact form and we will get back to you within 24 hours, to let you know if possible.

What types of paper and ink do you use?
All our prints are printed on sustainably sourced premium heavyweight fine art 230gsm matt paper.
We use professional Ultrachrome pigment inks, ensuring depth, intensity and accurate colour reproduction.
How do I provide the details for my customised prints?
Just leave a note of the details you would like on your print in the boxes provided on the product page.
These details will then be automatically assigned to your order.
Will I receive a proof copy of my custom print before it is dispatched?
Yes, we will send you an email with a proof copy of your customised art before printing to ensure you are happy and all details are correct.
Please keep an eye on your inbox, and don't forget to check your junk email, as we will not print your artwork until approval is received.
How long will it take for me to recieve a proof of my customised artwork?
We know that you are keen to receive your order, so we aim to get proof copies to you within 1 business day.
Can I request to alter the text, or add more details on customised prints?
Yes, you certainly can.
If you would like to add or remove details, or change the text entirely on any of our prints, just let us know in the 'notes' section in your shopping cart.
We will send you a proof copy for approval via email.
How is my order shipped?
All domestic Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post Parcel Post.
Orders outside of Australia are sent via Australia Post International Post.
A tracking number will be issued via email once your order has been dispatched.
Our smaller 8x10 and A4 prints are sent flat, bubble wrapped, in a sturdy cardboard mailing box, then placed inside a plastic satchel.
All our other larger poster print sizes are sent carefully rolled, wrapped and packaged in a rigid cardboard mailing tube.
When will my order be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch orders within 1 - 2 business days.
In the case of customised prints this timeframe will apply once we receive your approval.
Do you ship outside of Australia?
Yes we ship Internationally.
To calculate International postage delivery times for your order, visit Australia Post and use the online postage calculator. Click the Overseas tab and enter the postcode 3500 (Mildura Vic) in the from field and your own Country in the to field.
What is your return policy?
Due to all items being printed to order, we cannot offer returns.
In the event of shipping damage, a defective item or receipt of an incorrect order, please send us a message with a photo at orders@thekidsprintstore.com so that issue you a replacement.
